Cooking Tips


Heat up the grill or skillet as hot as you can. Bring steak to room temperature and season with Lawry’s Garlic Salt. Sear each side for one minute each. Cut steak into slices immediately and sear the smaller pieces for about a minute per side. Remove from grill or skillet. Season further with salt / pepper. 


Same as above: get grill or skillet white hot, and bring steak to room temperature and season however you like (some people say no salt before cooking - we don’t agree, but … take it with a grain of salt). Then put steak on grill or skillet and, with long-armed tongs, continuously flip the steak from side to side for about four minutes.
