We only ship beef on Monday and Tuesdays of full 5 business day weeks. 

Your Stonyrun Farms Wagyu products will ship out frozen, individually vacuum-sealed and packed on frozen gel packs. Some thawing is expected during transit.

Orders received after Monday afternoon each week will ship the following week.
